Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between IndiWell trading as Herbal Soothe and a customer becomes effective only upon receipt of payment and verification of payment by the company. Until this transaction is completed, all goods remain the property of Herbal Soothe.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day. All orders are dispatched via the designated courier service. Please note that a delayed delivery does not warrant a return or refund.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that for us to confirm delivery of an order, it is not necessary to provide proof that you personally received the goods. Instead, we must demonstrate that any individual at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Return and Refunds Policy
An order may be cancelled if payment has not yet been received from the customer. However, once payment has been made for an order, it can only be cancelled prior to dispatch by IndiWell.
